Returns or exchange (item price only) in the 45 days according to the reception of the product (proof of reception asked).

All returns of the products listed below are subject to the following restocking fees:

Teafco Pet Carriers - 15%
All Kittywalk Products - 25%
K & H Pet Beds - 15%
All General Cage Products - 15%
All Other Products - 10%

Shipping charges are not refundable either for all returns including returned merchandise for exchange.
Insurance charges and handling fees are not refundable either for all returns including returned merchandise for exchange.
Returned mershandise that has been marked, altered, or abused are not refundable.
All fees for postage of all returns are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Shipping charges of all replacements are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Items sold in assortments CANNOT be replaced individually since they are not sold individually.
Returned mershandise (whether for refund or replacement) might be subject to rates for customs clearance into U.S.A.. In this case, the purchaser is responsible to pay for any applicable duty fees, tarrifs and customs clearance.

How do I return the merchandise ?
- Please contact us to get Return for Inspection (RFI) number if you choose to return the package to us within 45 days of deliveried date.
Who pays the shipping charges for a return or exchange at SpecialPetsStore.com?
The Customer will be responsible for shipping their items back to us and re-shipping cost.
